The company was established in Apr. 1995 in China which is a joint venture company invested by Aichi Corporation, Japan and Hangzhou Gardening Machinery Factory. The company owns the first production line of aerial work platform and shares almost 40% market in China. The company now is a subsidiary company of Toyota Industries Corporation.
